“I see Heather almost every month and she does a fantastic job on muscles that are super tight and knots that I have in my body from previous surgeries. I would highly recommend her if you’re looking to get deep tissue massages or massages to really get in those muscles. She’s also a Physical therapist so she has extremely good knowledge Of the body and what can make you Feel better. She doesn’t do physical therapy type stuff during her massage appointments but she knows exactly what muscles need work when you tell her what is hurting.”

Heather continues to bring new knowledge to each session, has helped relieve the symptoms of my neuropathy and has loosened my muscles from their tendency to build up knots during the month with her deep tissue massage techniques.
